Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Made-to-Order Items: All our products are made just for you! Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with Printful to replace your item or issue a refund.
  • Lost Orders: If your order doesn’t arrive, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll help resolve it.
